TFG Industrial Engineering Internship 2023
The TFG Industrial Engineering Intern will support the Business Process Optimization & Technology Department, which is responsible for developing a blueprint for technology implementation within TFG’s manufacturing operations. The intern will be primarily responsible for managing planning boards deployed at various manufacturing sites.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with planning managers to ensure optimal use of Fastreact planning boards
- Ensuring that events and work progression updates on Fastreact are accurate
- Comparing planned versus actual results with planning managers
- Identifying opportunities to maximize the efficiency of the boards
- Assisting the Senior Business Process and Technology Manager with rolling out system strategies
- Working with business analysts to gather reports and functional requirements for systems implementation
- Supporting process owners with the implementation of process improvement changes, such as reducing lead times, improving quality, and enhancing delivery scorecards.
