Sage SA Retention Advisor Internship 2023
As a Retention Advisor Intern, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract renewals for the designated segment. The key responsibilities include meeting and exceeding customer retention and renewal revenue targets. To achieve these objectives, the intern will be expected to perform the following duties:
- Responding to business partner and customer queries in a timely manner through digital channels
- Achieving and exceeding retention and revenue targets
- Managing productivity targets such as inbound and outbound calls
- Generating accurate reports on customer churn for annual customers
- Ensuring compliance with administrative and data requirements
- Driving designated sales campaigns to increase retention within the customer base and with business partners
- Ensuring high service levels and customer and business partner satisfaction
- Engaging with internal and external teams to efficiently and effectively address customer enquiries
- Keeping product knowledge up to date.
