In this role, you will be at the forefront of talent solutions across various Middle East regions, taking ownership of the entire recruitment life cycle. Your responsibilities include:
- Autonomous Operations: Work independently, addressing corrective actions and taking the initiative to resolve issues proactively.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing technical skill sets to negotiating and closing deals with selected candidates.
- Strategic Sourcing: Source technical and specialized skill sets through innovative tools, continually providing new solutions to attract top talents.
- Competency Assessment: Evaluate candidate calibre against strict requirements and provided briefs to ensure the perfect match.
- Data Management: Take charge of the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Talent Pool Development: Develop and maintain talent pools for assigned positions, contributing to a robust workforce.
- Collaborative Onboarding: Liaise with mobilization/visa and HR teams to ensure successful onboarding of candidates.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with senior-level internal hiring managers, challenging decisions when necessary to adhere to the recruitment process.
- Innovative Thinking: Contribute to driving forward new ideas to streamline processes and expedite recruitment.
- Metrics Reporting: Generate regular reports on recruiting metrics, maintaining credibility through effective feedback at all stages of the recruitment process.

- Market Knowledge: Understand the PMCM industry in the Middle East, identify pay rates, and stay abreast of recruitment trends.

Qualifications and Experience:
- 8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the PMCM industry.
- B.Sc. degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Proven track record of closing candidates in a competitive market.
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
- Strong knowledge of job boards, social media, sourcing platforms, ATS, and CRM.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
