TFG Data Administrator Internship 2023
The successful candidate for the Data Administrator/Analytics Internship will join the Data Analytics team within the Design Centre – Merchandise Supply Chain. The goal of this graduate opportunity is to provide training that will help the candidate smoothly transition to the work environment. Additionally, the intern will work closely with colleagues and various teams who will share their knowledge, experience, purpose, and passion.
Key duties of the TFG Data Administrator Internship include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with daily activities within the team –
Providing input and feedback to the team on progress and areas of concern –
Organizing scheduled tasks such as weekly reporting and monthly packs –
Developing procedures to ensure smooth operation of scheduled tasks –
Generating and maintaining master/reference lists for the team -Distributing run activities to end-
users -Assisting with updates and progress reports –
Providing assistance with resolving systems and merchandise queries.
Who should apply?
The TFG Data Administrator/Analytics Internship is open to candidates who meet the following minimum qualifications and competency requirements:
-Hold a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
-Currently reside in Cape Town -Experience in data gathering, analysis, and process development
-Strong organizational and relationship building skills
-Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
-Self-motivated and accountable
-Familiarity with MS Excel and Word
-Knowledge of Visio or similar diagramming software is a plus
-Designated group applicants will be given priority in line with TFG’s employment equity policies.
