Standard Bank Software Engineering Learnership 2023
As a member of the Software Engineering Team, the successful candidate will gain hands-on experience while working under the guidance of the team’s Tech Leads. Throughout the 18-month learnership, the individual will have the opportunity to acquire real-world skills in various areas, including:
- Database design and implementation
- Fundamentals of Visual Basic .Net
- C#
- Java programming basics
- Information Technology in E-commerce
- Internet and web design
- Applied project management in an Infotech work environment
The learnership begins on April 1st, 2023, and the learner will receive a monthly allowance of R10,000, and a student medical aid benefit.
Who should apply?
To apply for this role, candidates must meet the following basic eligibility criteria:
- Hold a diploma or degree in a technology-related field
- Ideally, have experience with Java
- Be a South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 30
- Not currently participating in any other learnership programs
- Not actively pursuing any other studies
